Gluten Free Spaghetti Pie is one of my favorite gluten free baked pasta casserole recipes. It’s a spaghetti crust, layer of ricotta cheese, an easy versatile meat sauce, and topped with melted mozzarella cheese. It’s AMAZING!

What is Spaghetti Pie?

Spaghetti pie is a twist on baked spaghetti. Instead of using an 8×8 or 2-quart casserole dish, a deep dish pie plate is used.  When a pie plate isn’t available, the recipe works fine in an 8×8 or 2 quart baking dish.

Gluten Free Spaghetti Pie Recipe Tips

Pie Plate – If you don’t have a deep dish pie plate bake the Gluten Free Spaghetti Pie in an 8×8 or 2-quart casserole dish using the same cooking directions.

Pasta – While the recipe states 6oz of spaghetti, if you have an 8oz box just use it all if you want. The recipe will still work.

Meat Sauce – Change up the meat sauce as needed. Use sausage instead of beef or a combination of them both. Ground Turkey would be a great option as well.

Seasoning – Use your favorite Italian seasonings in the sauce or spice it up with some red pepper flakes.
