Here’s a sweet treat for all you chocolate lovers. It’s an easy Gluten Free Brownie in a Mug! You don’t always have time to make a big batch of brownies. This recipe takes a couple minutes to mix the ingredients together and just one minute to cook in the microwave. Dessert is served!
Why a Brownie in a Mug Recipe is Needed
On days when the baking bug bites but you’re short on time, this gluten free mug brownie recipe comes to the rescue. It makes just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth.
The ingredient list is even more exciting. Dragging out 14 kinds of gluten free flours to realize that you’re missing 8 of them is nonexistent in this recipe. I use the all purpose Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour for this.
It’s eggless too! That saves at least 3 minutes of trying to get out that one piece of eggshell that somehow got into the mug.

Jamie, I made the brownie in a mug for my husband last night and it was a huge hit!! 😊.
Not being a chocolate cookie, or ice cream or cake fan myself, this recipe is fabulous because it satisfies his sweet tooth whilst not having tons of leftovers.
