- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granuulated Sugar
- 3 Tbs. Canned Pumpkin
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. Ground Ginger
- ⅛ tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Pinch Ground Cloves
- ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Combine all of the ingredients except for the vanilla extract in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Bring the mix to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Cool and place into a small jar or bottle.
Use desired amount (1 – 1 ½ tsp) in coffee to sweeten and flavor.
Store in refridgerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
