Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Canola Oil or Other Neutral Tasting Oil
  • 3 TBS Ketchup
  • 4 TBS Honey
  • 1 TBS Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, honey, cider vinegar, dried mustard, sweet paprika and salt together
  • Slowly whisk in the canola oil to emulsify the sauce.
  • Store covered in the fridge for 2 – 3 weeks.

Notes

  • Adjust the Sweet and Sour – If you find this sauce either too sweet or sour adjust the honey or vinegar up or down a little bit to find what’s best for you.
  • Oil the Measuring Spoon - Put a little of the oil in the measuring spoon before measuring the honey. The honey will slide off the spoon easily.
