Chick Fil A Polynesian Sauce Copycat

- ½ Cup Canola Oil or Other Neutral Tasting Oil
- 3 TBS Ketchup
- 4 TBS Honey
- 1 TBS Cider Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Dried Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Sweet Paprika
- Pinch of Salt
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, honey, cider vinegar, dried mustard, sweet paprika and salt together
Slowly whisk in the canola oil to emulsify the sauce.
Store covered in the fridge for 2 – 3 weeks.
- Adjust the Sweet and Sour – If you find this sauce either too sweet or sour adjust the honey or vinegar up or down a little bit to find what’s best for you.
- Oil the Measuring Spoon - Put a little of the oil in the measuring spoon before measuring the honey. The honey will slide off the spoon easily.
