Asian Style Marinated Flank Steak

- 1½-2 lb Flank Steak
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 ½ Tbs. Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger Grated or Finely Chopped or 1½ tsp Dried
- 3 Green Onions, green and white parts, chopped
Mix all marinade ingredients together.
Pour marinade over beef and marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill steak over medium high to high heat until desired doneness. About 4 minutes each side will cook the steak to medium rare.
Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking
Slice across the grain and serve.
