Asian Style Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1½-2 lb Flank Steak
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 ½ Tbs. Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger Grated or Finely Chopped or 1½ tsp Dried
  • 3 Green Onions, green and white parts, chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all marinade ingredients together.
  • Pour marinade over beef and marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
  • Grill steak over medium high to high heat until desired doneness. About 4 minutes each side will cook the steak to medium rare.
  • Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking
  • Slice across the grain and serve.
