Notes

Fajita Nachos Recipe Tips
  • Chicken Pieces Instead of Strips - Cut the chicken, peppers and onions into bite sized pieces. It’s works better on tortilla chips
  • Chicken - Use chicken tenders or breasts. With chicken tenders, the dicing up work is partially done. If using chicken breasts, slice the chicken breasts into strips and then into 1-1 ½ inch pieces.
  • Bell Peppers – Use your favorite bell pepper variety. Red, Orange, Yellow, or Green all work.
  • Fajita Seasoning – Make my seasoning or grab your favorite gluten free fajita/taco seasoning and use it instead.
