Gluten Free Toasted Air Fryer Ravioli. Do I have your attention?
I love making these in the air fryer. It’s quicker and easier than deep frying. There’s less clean up and they’re healthier.
I’m sure these crispy cheese-filled bites of pasta are perfect as a snack or appetizer when paired with a warm dish of marinara sauce next to them. Honestly, we go off the rails and use them as our main dinner and pair them with a salad.
Where to Find Gluten Free Ravioli
This recipe uses Gluten Free Cheese Ravioli and the brand I find near me is Celantano frozen ravioli. The Celantano website has this product locator if you want to look for their product in your area.
If you can’t find Celantano, use whatever brand of gluten free ravioli is available near you. Fresh or Frozen will work.
Air Fryer Ravioli Recipe Tips
Olive Oil – Separate any raviolis that are sticking to each other and make sure the olive oil coats each individual ravioli.
Oil the Basket or Tray – Use non-stick cooking spray on the basket or racks of your air fryer to prevent sticking.
Spritz the Ravioli with Oil – Use a little cooking spray on the top of each ravioli and spray them again when you flip them. This helps the ravioli crisp up.
Flip Them – I like flipping the Ravioli halfway through the cooking time to make sure they crisp up all the way around.
For Fresh Ravioli – When using fresh ravioli try microwaving the ravioli just for a minute or two or skipping the step altogether. You don’t want over cooked pasta.
Whether you make these as a snack, appetizer or dinner like we do in our home, I hope you give these a try for yourself and see how good they are.
