- 13 oz. Bag Gluten Free Frozen Ravioli
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs. Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
Place the frozen ravioli in a microwave safe bowl and cover with water.
Cover the ravioli and microwave on high for 3 minutes to thaw the ravioli.
After 3 minutes, drain the ravioli and carefully pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the ravioli in a bowl, add olive oil and mix, coating each ravioli in the olive oil.
Toss the ravioli with gluten free breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
Spray the basket or tray of the air fryer with non stick cooking spray.
Place the ravioli on the tray in a single layer.
Spray each ravioli with cooking spray.
Cook the ravioli and cook for 390-400F 7-8 minutes total, flipping the ravioli and spraying the ravioli again with oil halfway through the cooking time.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Olive Oil – Separate any raviolis that are sticking to each other and make sure the olive oil coats each individual ravioli.
- Oil the Basket or Tray – Use non-stick cooking spray on the basket or racks of your air fryer to prevent sticking.
- Spritz the Ravioli with Oil – Use a little cooking spray on the top of each ravioli and spray them again when you flip them. This helps the ravioli crisp up.
- Flip Them – I like flipping the Ravioli halfway through the cooking time to make sure they crisp up all the way around.
- For Fresh Ravioli – When using fresh ravioli try microwaving the ravioli just for a minute or two or skipping the step altogether. You don’t want over cooked pasta.
