Notes

  • Olive Oil – Separate any raviolis that are sticking to each other and make sure the olive oil coats each individual ravioli.
  • Oil the Basket or Tray – Use non-stick cooking spray on the basket or racks of your air fryer to prevent sticking.
  • Spritz the Ravioli with Oil – Use a little cooking spray on the top of each ravioli and spray them again when you flip them. This helps the ravioli crisp up.
  • Flip Them – I like flipping the Ravioli halfway through the cooking time to make sure they crisp up all the way around.
  • For Fresh Ravioli – When using fresh ravioli try microwaving the ravioli just for a minute or two or skipping the step altogether. You don’t want over cooked pasta.
