Why Does Mayonnaise Make Juicy Baked Chicken

Gluten Free Baked Chicken Recipe Tips
Chicken Breasts – Pounding the chicken breasts out to an even thickness and cutting them crosswise in half if they’re large helps them cook more evenly.
The Breadcrumbs – Use your favorite gluten free breadcrumbs.
Seasonings – Use any blend of seasonings you like to flavor the mayonnaise.
Oven Temperature – These cook well at both 350ºF and 375ºF making it great if you are cooking other items in the oven along with the chicken.
Cooking Times Vary – 30 Minutes is an average cooking time. It depends on the size of the chicken breasts and what temperature the oven is at. One thing I’ve learned is that these can cook a little longer than other recipes. That’s because the mayonnaise keeps them moist and prevents them from overcooking and drying out.
