Grilling can be done most of the year in North Carolina, but I still prefer to grill when the temperatures outside are not in the 30s-40s. This year, the spring temperatures have been slow to arrive. The warmer temperatures are here, and the grill is starting to get more use. Asian Marinated Flank Steak is perfect for kicking off the season.
Grilling means flavorful food, less kitchen clean-up and a cooler kitchen. Also, grilling excites people and puts everyone in a happy relaxed mood. Cooking food outdoors, whether it be gas or charcoal, grill or smoker makes most people smile.
I hope everyone is now happy thinking about nice weather and cooking outside. Let’s get the fire lit and get ready to make some grill marks.
