- 5 Cups Honey Nut Cheerios Crushed in a Food Processor down to 2 cups crumbs
- 1 14 oz Can Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅛ tsp Fine Salt
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Lightly spray an 8x8” or 9x9” Pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Using a food processor, process the Honey Nut Cheerios into fine crumbs. You’ll have about 2 cups of crumbs after they are processed. It may be a little more than 2 cups. It’s ok to use them.
Place the Cheerios crumbs into a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. The dough will be thick.
Press the dough into the pan and even it out using damp hands.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on the edges and a toothpick comes out dry when inserted into the brownies.
Cool and cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container.
