- 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese or Light Cream Cheese (Neufchatel)
- 1 Small Carrot, Peeled and finely grated
- ¼ of Bell Pepper, Finely minced
- 2-3 Green Onions Green and/or White parts, minced
- Pinch Salt
- Dash Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients together
Place in an air tight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Spread on bagels (gluten free or traditional), crackers, pita chips, celery ribs and more.
