Ingredients

  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese or Light Cream Cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1 Small Carrot, Peeled and finely grated
  • ¼ of Bell Pepper, Finely minced
  • 2-3 Green Onions Green and/or White parts, minced
  • Pinch Salt
  • Dash Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Place in an air tight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Spread on bagels (gluten free or traditional), crackers, pita chips, celery ribs and more.
