Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a large cookie sheet or cover with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and butter with a hand mixer until the ingredients are completely mixed and the sugars are dissolved.
Add Cinnamon, Salt, and Egg and beat for 2 minutes.
Stir in the Oatmeal, Raisins, Dried Cranberries, and Almonds.
Using a ¼ Cup measuring cup or ice cream scoop, scoop cookies onto prepared baking sheet.
Flatten the cookies slightly for more even baking.
Bake 15-20 minutes until cookies are set and light golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire rack.
Store in an airtight container or freeze for longer storage.
