Ingredients

  • 1 Small Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbs. Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Ketchup
  • 3 tsp. Horseradish
  • 4-5 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce. Gluten Free if needed
  • 2-3 Dashes Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Skewers for putting the shrimp on

Instructions

  • If using bamboo skewers, soak for at least an hour to prevent them from burning on the grill. Both Bamboo and Metal Skewers can easily be ordered online.
  • Peel shells and tails off shrimp. You can leave the tail on if desired.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together for the marinade
  • Pour ⅔ to ¾ marinade over shrimp, reserving the rest for basting.
  • Marinate shrimp for 20-25 minutes.
  • Preheat Grill to medium-high/high.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers. Go through the tail area and top portion of the shrimp so they don’t fall off the skewers while on the grill.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink using remaining marinade to baste each side.
  • Serve with your favorite side dish like Grilled Caprese Salad or Corn and Avocado Salad.
