Ingredients
½lb.Medium to Large E-Z Peel Shrimp
1Small Lemon, Juiced
2Tbs.Olive Oil
3Tbs.Chili Sauce
2Tbs.Ketchup
3tsp.Horseradish
4-5Dashes Worcestershire Sauce. Gluten Free if needed
2-3Dashes Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Skewers for putting the shrimp on
Instructions
If using bamboo skewers, soak for at least an hour to prevent them from burning on the grill. Both Bamboo and Metal Skewers can easily be ordered online.
Peel shells and tails off shrimp. You can leave the tail on if desired.
Mix remaining ingredients together for the marinade
Pour ⅔ to ¾ marinade over shrimp, reserving the rest for basting.
Marinate shrimp for 20-25 minutes.
Preheat Grill to medium-high/high.
Thread shrimp onto skewers. Go through the tail area and top portion of the shrimp so they don’t fall off the skewers while on the grill.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink using remaining marinade to baste each side.
