Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 10-15 oz. Can of Chili, (Gluten Free if needed)
  • 1 8 oz. Bag of Shredded Cheese, use your favorite blend
  • 1 Bag Corn Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350ºF.
  • Spread the softened cream cheese into the bottom of a pie plate or other oven proof dish.
  • Top with the chili and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Enjoy with corn tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Canned Chili – Use your favorite canned chili. Beans or no beans, it will all be good.
  • Cream Cheese – Both fat and low fat cream cheese will work in the recipe.
  • Shredded Cheese - Use your favorite variety of shredded cheese or shredded cheese blend.
