Chili Pizza

Chili Pizza is a quick and easy 3-ingredient recipe perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Make it in the time it takes the over to preheat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust, for a 12 inch pizza.
  • 1 15 oz Can of No Bean Chili, such as Hormel.
  • 1 8 oz Bag of Shredded Cheese, any kind.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425º, or the temperature suggested by the packaged pizza dough you’re using.
  • Spread pizza crust onto the pan.
  • Top evenly with canned chili, leaving about ½” boarder along the crust.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. This allows the cheese to set up just a little.
  • Slice the pizza and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add Sliced Hot Dogs to the pizza after covering it with cheese
  • Top with some diced onions.
  • Think about trying a little bit of yellow mustard squeezed over the top or some pickle relish after it comes out of the oven.
