Loaded Mashed Potatoes
A mashed potato recipe only gets better when you make them
into an Ultimate Loaded Mashed Potatoes! Grab your russets and get ready for
Bacon-y, Cheesey potatoes with sour cream and pizazz!

- 2 lbs. Russet Potatoes
- ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 Tbs Chives, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Peel Potatoes and cut into cubes about 1 ½ - 2 inches.
Put potatoes into a pot, cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil add a couple pinches of salt the water and cook until tender.
Drain Potatoes and return to the pot.
Add Milk, Sour Cream, Cheese, Garlic and Onion Powders and mash until smooth.
Stir in Bacon and Chives.
