Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans of Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes.
  • ¼ of an onion. I like Red Onion but Yellow, white, and Vidalia all work well.
  • 1 Jalapeno. Take out the seeds and ribs if you want your salsa to be mild.
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • ¾ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • A handful of Cilantro. I use about 12-15 sprigs.

Instructions

  • Cut Onion and Jalapeno into a few pieces and put into the food processor.
  • Pulse the Onion and Jalapeno a few times until they are chopped.
  • Then, add Tomatoes, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt, Lime Juice, and Cilantro
  • Pulse little more until blended.
  • Finally, refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend.
