- 2 15 oz. cans of Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes.
- ¼ of an onion. I like Red Onion but Yellow, white, and Vidalia all work well.
- 1 Jalapeno. Take out the seeds and ribs if you want your salsa to be mild.
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- ¾ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 Lime, juiced
- A handful of Cilantro. I use about 12-15 sprigs.
Cut Onion and Jalapeno into a few pieces and put into the food processor.
Pulse the Onion and Jalapeno a few times until they are chopped.
Then, add Tomatoes, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt, Lime Juice, and Cilantro
Pulse little more until blended.
Finally, refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend.
