Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3 oz. Pepperoni Slices, Quartered
  • ½ Cup Pizza or Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Cheese Blend
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbs. Bell Pepper,voptional
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Spread Cream Cheese on the bottom of a pie plate or oven safe dish.
  • Top with sauce.
  • Add the rest of the toppings in the following order: Parmesan Cheese, Seasonings, Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni as well any other toppings.
  • Finish by putting a light sprinkling of mozzarella cheese to hold everything down.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned

Notes

  • Soften the Cream Cheese – Softened Cream Cheese spreads much easier than cold cream cheese. To soften the cream cheese, take it out of the fridge for an hour or so before making the dip.
  • Quarter the Pepperoni Slices – Everyone wants some of the pepperoni when they eat this dip. Cut the pepperoni into quarters or buy the mini pepperoni slices so that everyone gets some of it.
  • Change up the Toppings – Make this dip like you would your favorite pizza and change up the toppings.
  • Make the Dip Ahead of Time – Prepare the dip ahead of time without baking it. Keep it covered in the fridge for a day or so until needed. Then bake and enjoy.
