Cheerios Pie Crust
Make a gluten free Cheerios Pie Crust. This recipe is a perfect substitution for creamy no-bake pies that use a graham cracker crust.

- 3 ¾ Cups Honey Nut Cheerios, Crushed
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar or White Granulated Sugar
- 7 Tbs Butter Melted
Preheat the oven to 350ºF
Crush the Cheerios in fine crumbs using a food processor or other method listed in the notes below.
In a large bowl combine the Cheerios, Brown Sugar and Melted Butter until it’s mixed well
Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie dish.
Bake 8-10 Minutes until lightly golden brown.
Cool crust completely before filling. This will take about 30 minutes.
- The Cheerios Flavor – I use Honey Nut Cheerios in this recipe, but any Cheerios flavor works. Depending on the sweetness of the variety used, you may need to adjust the amount of sugar in your recipe.
- The Sugar – Use brown sugar or white granulated sugar in this recipe.
- The Amount of Cheerios – Adjust the amount of Cheerios used depending on the desired crust thickness.
- Butter Amount – Adjust the butter amount a little up or down if you find the mixture does not stick together or is too sticky when mixed.
- Crushing Cheerios – If you don’t own a food processor, use a large resalable bag and rolling pin, meat mallet, or heavy sauté pan to crush the Cheerios.
