Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage, Mild or Hot
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Bisquick
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp cheddar) or a yellow cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Roll into 1 ½ inch balls or or use a cookie scoop and form into 1 ½ inch balls.
  • Place sausage balls on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
