- 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage, Mild or Hot
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Bisquick
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp cheddar) or a yellow cheese blend
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Roll into 1 ½ inch balls or or use a cookie scoop and form into 1 ½ inch balls.
Place sausage balls on baking sheets.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
