Ingredients

oz.
Box of Steak-Umms. Stack them all together and cut into strips, see photo below recipe

or 2 Tbs Olive Oil
1
Bell Pepper,any color sliced into strips
1
Small Onion, sliced in half and then into half moons
2-3
Cloves
of Garlic, Minced

oz.
Bag of Shredded Italian Cheese Blend

Tbs
Parsley, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Heat Olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet.
Add the onions and peppers to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes just until they start to soften.
Next, add the garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Add Steak-Umms to the pan and cook until the beef is cooked. These are super thin and don’t take long to cook at all.
Top with cheese and allow it to melt.
Serve with a side like my
Corn and Avocado Summer
Salad.
