- 1 lb. of White Button Mushrooms, Sliced. Quarter them for bigger pieces
- 2 cups of Frozen Cut Green Beans, Slightly Thawed.
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced.
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- 3 Tbs Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Butter and Olive Oil to large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Once the butter has melted add the mushrooms.
Continuing sautéing the mushrooms until the are browned and the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add the green beans and continue to sauté unit the beans are finished thawing and everything is heated through.
Serve alongside your favorite entrée.
