Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of White Button Mushrooms, Sliced. Quarter them for bigger pieces
  • 2 cups of Frozen Cut Green Beans, Slightly Thawed.
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced.
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • 3 Tbs Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add Butter and Olive Oil to large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once the butter has melted add the mushrooms.
  • Continuing sautéing the mushrooms until the are browned and the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.
  • Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the green beans and continue to sauté unit the beans are finished thawing and everything is heated through.
  • Serve alongside your favorite entrée.
