Classic Margarita
If it's Friday I'm most likely having a Margarita. Margaritas are good at Mexican Restaurants and even better when you make your own.

- 2 oz. Good Tequila
- 1.5 oz. Triple Sec
- Margarita Salt or Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. Agave Nectar or other sweetener, if desired
Cut lime in half.
Rub lime half around rim of glass and dip into salt.
Put a few ice cubes in the glass
Squeeze juice of one lime into a cocktail shaker.
Add 2 oz. Tequila to the cocktail shaker.
Add 1 ½ oz. Triple Sec to the cocktail shaker.
Add 1 tsp Agave Nectar to the cocktail shaker.
Add a few ice cubes to cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into glass.
